Ground Operation Manager
This is a great opportunity to join a private Jet operator based in the UAE as a Ground Operations Manager. This role has post holder and complete Operations Department responsibility. The operation consists of a fleet of four Bombardier Challenger aircraft offering private flights on a charter basis. Understanding JAA-Ops and GCAA regulations is a must. The Operations Department consists of Dispatch, Flight Planning and Crewing. You will require a successful track record in management, operations and working closely with aviation and government agencies and regulators. The person would be responsible for the entire flight planning, dispatch and crew scheduling operations. They will also maintain close liaison with the Flight Ops Divisions, maintenance, sales and Commercial Planning and Engineering departments for efficient day to day planning. Ensuring compliance to the legal requirements of the GCAA in these areas will be imperative in this role. Flight Dispatcher
This is a great opportunity to join a private Jet operator in the UAE in the position of flight dispatcher. Your role will be to provide crews with safe and timely Flight-Planning and Flight-Release information for all required flight-operations in compliance with all GCAA and regulatory requirements. Our fleet consists of four Bombardier Challenger aircraft offering private flights on a charter basis. The incumbent should be a Licensed Dispatcher with 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity within the aviation industry. Charter Sales Executive
This is a great opportunity to join a private Jet operator in the UAE in the position of Charter Sales Executive. An ability to promote, expand, manage, market and sell are the key elements to be the successful candidate. Ability to communicate at all levels, negotiate and influence at director level is also very important. The individual will be experienced ideally but not essentially, within the corporate jet market with a track record of selling both over the phone and face to face.  Account managing the client base consisting of high net worth individuals will also be a key role.
